Dr Manuel Gräf advises cities and municipalities on all aspects of public law, particularly in relation to large infrastructure projects.
He assists with the preparation of development plans and drafts urban development contracts, for example in the context of building land developments, municipal building land concepts or urban redevelopment measures. In doing so, he works closely with experts and technical planners to develop tailor-made solutions. For investors and companies, he supervises projects in urban land-use planning and building permit procedures with the aim of successfully implementing commercial, residential or industrial developments. His clients appreciate his structured approach, his understanding of economic contexts and his consistent focus on their goals.
