Daniela Erbe is a lawyer at Lenz Caemmerer in Basel and practises as a advisor and litigation lawyer, specialising in administrative, labour, contract and civil procedural law. After graduating from the University of Fribourg in 1998, she worked for several years as a court clerk at a civil and criminal court of first instance in the canton of Aargau. In 2001, she was admitted to the bar in Aargau. She then worked as head of criminal investigations in the canton of Basel-Landschaft (2005 to 2012) and finally as a public prosecutor in the canton of Basel-Stadt (2012 to 2023). Since 2023 she practices as an attorney.
