Dr. Beat Eisner has been a partner at Lenz Caemmerer in Basel for over 20 years. Previously, he worked at a law firm specialising in commercial law in Zurich, as head of the legal department of a foreign bank and in the legal department of a major Swiss bank. He studied at the universities of Basel and Geneva and has been admitted to the bar since 1988. His practice focuses on advising companies and private individuals, with a particular focus on corporate and contract law, banking law, inheritance law, employment law, international law and arbitration. Dr. Beat Eisner is fluent in German, English and French.

• Studied Jurisprudence at the Universities of Basel and Geneva
• Licentiate 1986, Doctor of Law 1990 (University of Basel)
• Admitted to the bar in 1988
• Many years of experience as legal consultant to a major Swiss bank, with service abroad in the USA; later head of the legal department of a foreign bank in Switzerland and since 2000 in a Zürich law firm with a commercial bias
