Karen Fiege

As a specialist lawyer for employment law, Ms Fiege advises and supports companies, cities and municipalities as well as board members, managing directors and executives in their employment law matters and disputes. Ms Fiege has many years of experience in all areas of individual and collective employment law, particularly in contract drafting and dismissal protection law. Ms Fiege also advises on transactions and transfers of undertakings. This includes the relevant negotiations with works councils. Ms Fiege completed her studies in Heidelberg. She has been a solicitor since 1997 and a partner at Caemmerer Lenz since 2009. She is a volunteer member of the executive committee of the Karlsruhe Bar Association.
