For many years, Dr Michael Artner has been advising and representing banks, credit institutions and financial service providers in and out of court as a specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law. His field of activity includes the regulatory assessment of new products and business models as well as the defence against customer claims in the areas of loan law, investment advice law, payment transactions and the assessment and enforcement of collateral. He has enjoyed the trust of banks and credit institutions for decades. Another focus of his practice is the extrajudicial and judicial defence of liability claims, particularly in matters of medical and legal liability, but also beyond. His forensic experience is also demonstrated by the fact that he has led and managed the defence of several complex mass proceedings on behalf of companies.
