Dr. Michel Jutzeler is a partner at Lenz Caemmerer in Basel and advises and represents companies and private individuals, focusing on corporate, commercial and contract law, construction and real estate law, and transport law. After completing an apprenticeship and working for several years as a freight forwarding agent, he studied at the University of Basel and subsequently obtained a doctorate in competition law. He has been admitted to all Swiss courts as a lawyer since 2017. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Court of Appeal of Basel-Stadt. In addition to his legal practice, he teaches private law and compliance at a university of applied sciences.
