Dr. Timon Reinau

Dr Timon Reinau is a partner at Lenz Caemmerer. He advises companies and private clients primarily in the areas of corporate, commercial and contract law, intellectual property (IP) and employment law. His practice combines broad litigation experience before courts at all levels with substantial advisory expertise in both domestic and international matters. A focus of his work lies in advising companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals on complex contractual, corporate and business law issues, including in cross-border contexts. Dr Timon Reinau studied and obtained his doctorate at the University of Basel and has been admitted to practise before all Swiss courts since 2017. In addition to his legal practice, he serves on boards of directors in the fashion and sports sectors, is active as an officer with the Swiss Armed Forces Justice, and is engaged on a voluntary basis as a member of various foundation boards in the cultural and social sectors as well as on several association boards.
