van Quy Peter Tran has been practicing as a consulting and litigation attorney since 2015 and is a junior partner at Lenz Caemmerer. He advises and represents companies and private individuals in all proceedings before state courts, with a focus on labor law, matrimonial and family law, general contract law, and estate law. He also possesses in-depth expertise in banking law, technology and telecommunications law, as well as debt collection and bankruptcy law. Thanks to his extensive experience in litigation and procedural law, van Quy Peter Tran is able to take the immediate steps necessary for his clients in time-sensitive cases (interim relief through precautionary measures).
While working, van Quy Peter Tran trained as a compliance officer (CAS ZHAW) and completed continuing education courses in finance and accounting (CAS HSLU). He is admitted to practice before all Swiss courts.
